Lease Purchase - A Closing that takes place after a period of time (lease period). We guarantee a closing and we pay your listing commission up front (selling commission is paid at closing).

Here is an example of how it might work... Say you have a listing for $100,000. We would put down your listing agent commission up front - in this example say it is 3% or $3,000 down. The balance we would owe at the end of our lease term when we purchase the home would be $97,000. In this example, we could give the seller a monthly fee for the rental of the home at $800/month. Again, this is just an example, but one to show you how it might work.
